Elektra

Elektra tramcars are partly low-floor vehicles. The vehicles have a fixed, non-rotatable chassis. Electric equipment is located on the roof of the vehicles and voltage inverters enable energy recovery, which reduces the cost of operation and maintenance together with asynchronous traction motors.

These tramcars are operated both in the Czech Republic, namely in Prague and Brno, and abroad. They can be seen in a unidirectional and bidirectional version in Wroclaw, Poland in Cagliara, Italy as well as the US cities of Portland and Tacoma.
