Along with its tramcars, Škoda Transportation provides long-term support in the form of warranty service.
In Prague, a team of highly qualified specialists provides maintenance of five-section, low-floor tramcars ForCity Alfa, of which 250 were ordered by a local transport company. The tramcars are maintained and serviced in tramcar depots in Prague na Pankráci and in Vokovice. Other ForCity Alfa tramcars are deposited and maintained in the tramcar depot in Latvia in Rigas Satiksme.
The newest Škoda tramcars, ForCity Classic, are also serviced abroad - for example, in the Hungarian city of Miskolc and the Turkish city of Konya. Since the autumn of 2010, 31 pieces of five-section, bidirectional, partly low-floor tramcars Elektra are operated and serviced in Wroclaw, Poland. In 2012, these tramcars also transported passengers to football matches during the European Football Championship. Since January 2014, a local depot services nine bidirectional, low-floor, fully air-conditioned Elektra tramcars in the Italian city of Cagliari; these tramcars carry passengers in this sunny Sardinian resort.
